Foot Orthotics

Also known as insoles, Shoe inserts and FFOs.

Many of us suffer with painful feet. Pain can often be a sign of overload to the structures of the foot due to bio-mechanical imbalances.

This can often be reduced and managed by a functional foot orthosis to support the foot.

Enable orthotics specializes the prescription of, stock, modular and custom-made orthotics.

Shape capture of your feet

If bio-mechanical abnormalities are identified and you chose to go ahead with having a pair of Functional Foot Orthotics prescribed a mold or measurements of your feet will be taken.

A mold will be taken by the Orthotist with a foam impression box. This will be done with you sitting to allow the Orthotist to hold your foot in the desired position. The mold is then scanned and saved into a computer system and your foot Orthotics are manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM technology.
